What Delty is — and isn't

Delty is a personal tracking and documentation tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical, dosing, or treatment advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and never recommends or verifies any substance. All routine entries are your own records of what you already do under your own responsibility and, where applicable, your clinician's guidance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Delty.

Subscriptions

Delty offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, and annual with a free trial) billed through your Apple ID. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends; we schedule a courtesy reminder before conversion.

Your content

Your logs and photos are yours. They are stored on your device; you are responsible for your own device backups. Sharing anything is your action and your choice.

Acceptable use

Don't use Delty to harm yourself or others, to misrepresent shared results as medical claims, or in violation of applicable law.

What Delty does not do

Delty is a record of what you enter. It does not identify, verify or vouch for the identity, purity, legality or suitability of anything you record. Recording a name is your entry, not a statement by Delty. Delty gives no medical or dosing advice and never suggests an amount, a schedule or a substance.

Optional evidence assistant

The optional assistant assembles answers from selected published studies through a third-party AI provider (OpenAI, via Delty’s server). Its output can be wrong or incomplete, is not advice, and should be checked against the linked source. It is available only when Delty turns it on, and only after you agree to what is sent.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Delty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universal AI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in the app is a promise of any health outcome.

Changes & termination

We may update the app and these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice — your local data remains exportable at all times.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
