Your routine,
on the record.
A daily record for men and women on a GLP-1 or peptide routine. Doses, check-ins and measurements in seconds. One page for your next appointment. Photos only when you want them. Your health record stays on your iPhone. Purchases and optional services are explained in our privacy policy.
One launch email. Your address and optional referral code are stored by Supabase; see privacy details.
Three things, every day. None of them take a minute.
Record the routine you already follow
Pens, pills or vials, in your units, on your schedule. One tap from the lock screen. Any day can be corrected; undone doses keep a dated receipt.
Note how you feel, when it happens
Energy, sleep and symptoms — including the ones nobody else asks about: hair shedding, appetite, injection-site reactions. Logged, counted by week, never interpreted.
Bring one page to your appointment
Dated doses, measurements and reported symptoms on a single page a clinician can read in a minute. Your first export is free.
Thirty seconds. Future-you reads this.
Energy and sleep on a five-point scale, symptoms as chips, an optional note. Severity and timing if you want them. Nothing is scored, ranked or explained — it is your record, kept the way you would keep it.
- Partial check-ins save; energy alone is a record.
- Past days are editable in Backfill, and say so.
Your own pattern, or nothing.
Symptoms counted by week beside the dates your routine changed. Energy and sleep over fourteen days. And when your check-ins show a shape across the days after a dose, Delty says so — as your pattern, from your entries, never as a prediction from a curve.
- Fractions, not a mixed percentage: doses recorded, days with observations.
- Photos are a separate, optional view.
Illustration of the layout. Bars are drawn, not measured.
One page. What happened, with dates.
Your routine exactly as you entered it, every dose with its time, measurements with dates, symptoms as reported. No sentence on the page says anything is working or not working. That conversation is yours and your clinician's.
| Routine | As entered |
| Doses recorded | With date and time |
| Measurements | Dated |
| Reported symptoms | By day |
Repeat the setup. Compare your own photos.
Guided capture helps you repeat your framing, phone angle and lighting. These checks cannot guarantee comparable photos. Photos stay on the phone unless you choose to share or export them. Your first photo comparison is free; further comparisons and DELTY Replay are part of Pro.
Built for the routine you actually have.
One person builds this, and answers every email.
Delty exists because the record of a routine like this was living in a notes app, a spreadsheet and a camera roll, and none of it was ready when a clinician asked "so how has it been going?" It is deliberately small: a record you own, kept the way you would keep it, with nothing decided for you. If something is wrong, tell me and it gets fixed in the next update.
Your health record stays on your phone.
Core tracking needs no account. Your health record stays local; purchases and optional services have separate data flows explained in our privacy policy. Archives are files you control.
We document. We never advise.
Delty does not suggest a substance, an amount or a schedule. Keep the instructions you received alongside your observations and questions for your clinician.
No tricks.

Straight answers.
Where is my data?
Your health record is stored on your iPhone. Core tracking needs no account. Purchases, opt-in analytics and the restricted research pilot use the services described in our privacy policy.
Does Delty tell me what to take?
No, and it never will. It records what you already do. Keep existing instructions and observations together; ask your prescriber or pharmacist about amounts and administration.
Why no iCloud sync?
Delty does not offer automatic cloud sync for your health record. You can export an archive and choose where to keep it; each exported copy needs its own protection.
I got a new phone.
Create an archive with photos in Settings, send the file to the new phone with AirDrop or Files, then choose Restore from an archive on the Welcome screen.
Is this a medical device?
No. Delty is for personal record-keeping. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Talk to your healthcare provider before making medical decisions.
